Job summary

AIHR is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to triple the partner program and expand through resellers, consultancies, system integrators, and universities. You will own a running affiliate book, launch structured programs, and collaborate with marketing, sales and product to drive revenue.

The role reports to the Team Lead for Channel & Strategic Partnerships and is based in Rotterdam with strong ownership and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnership acquisition and management.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce or EdTech is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and launch channel go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the partner book and build multi-channel partner programs.
• Own targets, manage affiliates, and lead new reseller/consultancy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product; present proposals to leadership.
• Define and validate a go-to-market for tech partnerships.
