Job summary

Lleverage, based in Amsterdam, is building a partner-led growth engine for AI-powered back-office solutions. You will be the first Partner Director, owning the full partner motion from discovery to activation, across NL, the UK and Germany.

The role blends relationship-building with product understanding: recruit and train partners, create enablement, and turn referrals into repeatable revenue. Fluency in English and Dutch is expected; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, channel, or business development in a SaaS, AI, or technology company.
• Fluent English and Dutch; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partner motion from finding partners to signing them, training them, activating them, and keeping them productive.
• Design the partner program with tiers, enablement, incentives, and onboarding processes.
• Grow partner revenue by turning relationships into a repeatable, scalable motion.
• Work across the spectrum of partners from referrals to large consultancies and SIs.
• Enable partners on the product to position, sell, and deliver our agents.
