Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Digital Marketing specialist to lead paid search across UK, DE, NL and other markets, aligning with brand and business goals. You will own the budget, manage our agency partner, set keyword strategy, optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max, and drive app campaigns and measurement with Tableau.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns at scale.
• Proven ability to manage agency partnerships and align with business goals.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy across UK, DE, NL and other markets.
• Manage search budget end-to-end, CAC, LTV and retention costs.
• Lead agency partner to execute high‑performing campaigns and ROI.
• Set keyword strategy, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
• Oversee Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
• Own feeds and processes for Google Shopping and PMAX.
• Shape roadmap using Tableau and in-platform reporting.
• Stay ahead with platform updates and AI in search.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings.
