DEPT® in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned Paid Search specialist for our Creative & Media team, based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will spot client challenges, drive data-informed optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years creating and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Great communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; autonomous and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Spot client challenges with the team and drive toward solutions.
• Lean into automation and use data to improve campaigns, including AI tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report insights to clients.
