DEPT in Rotterdam is looking for a Team Lead Paid Search (SEA) to guide a team of SEA specialists and drive client campaigns. You will develop strategies, mentor staff, manage multi-market campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You will be at the forefront of paid search, using data and automation to optimize campaigns, and you will communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns.
• Experience mentoring teammates or a team of digital specialists.
• Strong knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
• Fluency in English; Dutch would be a plus.

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
