Job summary

Angi is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market to drive growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will partner with product and analytics to deliver insights, test new strategies, and expand opportunities.

The role reports to a Paid Search Director and emphasizes data-driven experimentation in a dynamic European market. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a focus on optimizing ROAS and leveraging AI tools to surface faster

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
Budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking experience.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for profitability.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, run ad copy tests, and analyze performance to improve profitability and ROAS.
Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to implement reporting and actionable insights.
Monitor industry trends, test new strategies, and identify opportunities for paid search growth.
Leverage AI tools and agents (Claude-based workflows and Google Ads Scripts) for monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection.
