Bloom & Wild Group in Amsterdam is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid search across multiple markets, aligning with brand and business goals. The role focuses on maximizing ROI for the gifting portfolio, including flowers and related products.

You will work with analytics tools, Google Merchant Center, and Tableau to surface insights and optimize campaigns at scale, collaborating with brand, product, and international teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns at scale.
• Strong tracking & analytics capabilities, including conversion tracking and privacy-friendly measurement.
• Data-driven decision maker who uses in-platform tools and Tableau for insights.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy across markets and campaigns.
• Manage the search budget, CAC, LTV and retention costs.
• Lead the external agency partner to maximize ROI and meet SLAs.
• Set keyword strategy and ad copy testing across campaigns.
• Oversee app campaigns (Google App Campaigns) and Apple Search Ads.
• Collaborate with Google account manager and internal stakeholders.
