Job summary

DEPT is a Growth Invention company helping brands grow faster, with 4,000+ specialists across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. Our Paid Search team sets up, manages and optimises campaigns, acting as a business partner for clients, offering insight, feasibility assessments and resolutions.

You will manage multi-market campaigns, conduct keyword research, and leverage automation to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in managing and optimising paid search & shopping campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Leverage automation and data, including AI, to improve performance.
• Create and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports with recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client goals.
• Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Carry out technical analysis, content & authority analysis.
• Set up implementation plans and workflows.
• Respond to client briefs and report activity weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Directly communicate with clients.
