Job summary

The Bloom & Wild Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead paid search across multiple markets, including NL, UK and DE. You’ll manage budgets, partner with external agencies, optimize campaigns and drive growth through data-driven strategies.

You'll own app campaigns and shopping feeds, stay ahead of Google platform changes, and mentor junior teammates in a fast-paced, flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive, hands-on experience managing Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns at scale.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and analytics tracking.
• Proven ability to manage agency partners and drive ROI.
• Strong data-driven decision making and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy across UK, DE, NL and other markets.
• Manage search budget, CAC, LTV and retention costs.
• Lead and manage external agency to maximize ROI.
• Define keyword strategy and ad copy testing.
• Oversee Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
• Collaborate with Google account manager and agency.
• Own product feeds for Google Shopping and Performance Max.
• Translate performance into a roadmap using Tableau and reporting.
• Stay updated on Google features and AI in search.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings.
• Monitor market share and protect share of voice.
