MSD Netherlands is seeking a Senior Operator for the start-up of a new pharmaceutical facility in Boxmeer. You will play a crucial role in implementing processes and training teams, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4 degree and around 3 years in pharmaceutical/chemical/food production.
• Knowledge of GMP and production processes.
• Fluency in Dutch or English required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of production processes and systems.
• Contribute to SOPs and work instructions development.
• Train and coach operators.
