Senior Operator – Start‑up of a New Pharmaceutical Facility

What will you do?

As a Senior Operator you will play a key role in the start‑up of our new production facility. You’ll work closely with engineering, quality, and operations, ensuring that everything runs—then excels. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR and automation).
• Contributing to the development of SOPs and work instructions.
• Training and coaching operators.
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during the start‑up phase.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH).

Who are you?

You are an energetic, hands‑on professional with a sharp focus on quality and process improvement. You enjoy building something new and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum MBO‑4 degree and around 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, production processes, and automation (experience with MES/EBR is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch or English.
• A proactive, results‑driven attitude and strong team spirit.
