MSD Netherlands is looking for an Operator to join a new pharmaceutical facility in Boxmeer. As an Operator, you will implement production processes and support a culture of safety and quality.

This position requires a minimum mbo level 3 diploma and 3 years of experience in a relevant production environment. The role offers competitive salary, 35.5 days of leave, and excellent on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Familiar with GMP and production processes.
• Proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of production processes and systems.
• Train and guide operators and team leads on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start-up phase.
