Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in the Netherlands is hiring an Operator to join the start-up of a new pharmaceutical facility. You will be at the heart of operations, helping bring new processes to life and ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Familiar with GMP, production processes, and automation (MES/EBR is a strong plus).
• Strong communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and a hands‑on approach.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start-up phase.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Actively contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH).
