Drees & Sommer Netherlands seeks an experienced professional to lead site logistics for a major semiconductor construction project. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics activities on-site, ensuring safety, budget, and quality standards are met across project phases.

The role requires international travel within Europe, strong advisory skills and a structured, independent work style. Flexible home base across Drees & Sommer offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Goal-oriented and advisory mindset with a structured approach.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
• Flexible work style, able to work independently.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor project.
• Plan, control and coordinate all construction logistics and site setup activities.
• Overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets and quality within site logistics.
• Develop, implement and update site logistics concepts across project phases.
• Tendering, awarding and management of logistics services, including variations.
• Develop efficient logistics solutions and advise project management and clients on logistics matters.
