Job summary

Drees & Sommer Netherlands is seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Coordinator to lead coordination of site logistics on a large semiconductor project. You will work closely with construction management, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of materials and waste management on site.

This position requires travel within Germany and Europe, full willingness to work on site, and strong advisory skills in logistics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable; alternatively certified construction technician.
• Several years of experience in construction logistics or logistics coordination, ideally on large high-tech projects.
• Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured working approach.
• Proficiency in English; German, French and Dutch are an advantage.
• Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction logistics processes on a large semiconductor project site.
• Support planning, implementation and continuous updating of site logistics concepts.
• Control site setup, material flows, traffic routes, deliveries and waste disposal processes.
• Coordinate closely with the construction management leadership team, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
• Support schedule, cost and quality control for site logistics and variation management.
• Ensure implementation of applicable HSE and site safety regulations.
• Identify optimization potential and implement pragmatic on-site solutions.
