Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior/Lead Business Consultant to act as the primary technical and strategic authority on MarTech for enterprise clients. You will architect growth-driven CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, aligning executive stakeholders and guiding large-scale engagements.

You will collaborate with Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, and other partners, lead strategic workshops, and coach junior specialists while shaping the practice across WPP ES' international

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in B2B services/agency environments.
• 3+ years in senior or executive management roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, incl. Salesforce.
• Proven success in scoping, pitching, delivering enterprise solutions.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
• Residents in the Netherlands with valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Architect ecosystem strategies, align executive stakeholders, and steer enterprise clients toward high-value digital maturity.
• Serve as the trusted sparring partner for senior client leads, translating business requirements into scalable MarTech strategies across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, and peripheral technologies.
• Lead complex client engagements: manage large projects, map progress against KPIs, and mediate escalations.
• Directly contribute to scoping, pitching, and solutioning for prospective and existing enterprise clients.
• Deliver strategic workshops, rollout plans, and research-backed recommendations to guide decisions.
• Mentor medior and junior specialists and uphold high quality standards across the domain.
