WPP Enterprise Solutions is hiring a senior Marketing Automation & CRM leader in the Netherlands. You will architect enterprise MarTech strategies, align executive stakeholders, and guide large-scale CRM engagements while mentoring teams to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in senior or executive management roles within a B2B services/agency environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a team lead.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, with proven expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with platforms like Braze, Bloomreach, or Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated success in scoping, pitching, and delivering solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English. Fluent in Dutch is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands with a valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Architect ecosystem strategies, align executive stakeholders, and steer enterprise clients toward high-value digital maturity.
• Serve as trusted sparring partner translating business requirements into scalable MarTech strategies across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo.
• Lead complex client engagements in enterprise environments, proposing best-practice solutions and mapping progress against client KPIs.
• Directly contribute to scoping, pitching, and solutioning for prospective and existing enterprise clients, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, create rollout plans, design adapted or new processes, and present research-backed recommendations.
• Mentor medior and junior specialists, uphold high quality standards across the domain.
• Shape domain leadership through vendor alignment and knowledge sharing across WPP ES’s international network.
