Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior consultant to drive SEO and GEO strategy for enterprise clients across multiple markets. You will own client relationships, guide strategic decisions, and lead cross-market initiatives within a high-impact Discoverability team.

You will champion end-to-end SEO programs, mentor colleagues, and collaborate internationally to define how AI reshapes brand visibility in search. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on, measurable delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on SEO experience across complex multi-market websites.
• Proven consultancy skills with experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring experience, formal or informal.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is highly desirable.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands with right to work if applicable.
• GEO experience is a plus; curiosity to pioneer AI-enabled discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship on discoverability and advise marketing leads and digital directors.
• Lead end-to-end SEO and GEO strategies from audit to implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Drive measurable results and own the path from insight to impact across priority pages and entity coverage.
• Turn data into direction using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Coach and develop medior and junior specialists in craft and client skills.
• Shape our GEO proposition and contribute to defining audit, optimization, and measurement for AI search.
• Collaborate across WPP ES’ 55+ market network.
