Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior Marketing Automation & CRM leader to architect enterprise MarTech strategies across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach and Klaviyo. You will guide senior client engagements, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive growth for large global accounts.

You will mentor teams, shape the practice, and partner with the CXM Director and delivery teams in a flexible hybrid work environment in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a B2B services/agency environment.
• 3+ years in senior or executive management roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach or Klaviyo).
• Fluent in English; Dutch language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client engagements and architect enterprise MarTech strategies across Salesforce, Braze, Bloomreach and Klaviyo.
• Serve as the primary strategic and technical authority for senior client leads.
• Directly contribute to scoping, pitching and solutioning for enterprise clients.
• Mentor medior and junior specialists, upholding high quality across the domain.
• Shape domain leadership and curate thought leadership within WPP ES and the wider network.
