Merkle is seeking a Client Partner to build and drive high-value client relationships, engaging with executives and SMEs to ensure delivery excellence and business growth. The role spans advisory, data management, and large-scale technology deployments across a multinational client base.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital consultancy, strong relationship skills, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience across a broad spectrum of digital consulting, including strategy, technology advisory, development, and design.
• Strong relationship and client management skills.
• Ability to lead both internal and client-facing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and evolution of multiple client relationships with annual net revenue of €2–6 million.
• Lead complex engagements involving advisory services, data management, consulting, and large-scale technology deployments.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and mentor employees.
• Engage with executives and manage client expectations, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Plan and forecast revenue growth to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with growth teams to develop proposals and content for new opportunities.
