Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Technology Director, MarTech to combine strategic consulting with hands‑on technical execution. You will independently manage client relationships, oversee complex MarTech implementations, and lead cross‑practice initiatives to deliver integrated solutions.

You will mentor architects and analysts, shape proposals, and drive adoption of MarTech architectures using our tools and AI, in a global, remote‑friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MarTech strategy and hands‑on implementation experience.
• Experience integrating Content and Commerce systems.
• Proven ability to lead client‑facing business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for MarTech powered experiences for clients.
• Represent technical capabilities to clients and senior stakeholders; maintain executive relationships.
• Lead client‑side organizational change initiatives for MarTech adoption.
