Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Martech, CX, digital architecture, or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to translate future-state vision into technical architecture and roadmaps.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, road mapping, and implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of data, identity, orchestration, and integration concepts.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Platform-agnostic approach focusing on capabilities rather than tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing Martech landscapes and architectural constraints.
• Design future-state technical architectures that enable personalisation and orchestration.
• Translate strategic use cases into platform, vendor, and capability implications.
• Compare and recommend architecture and vendor scenarios.
• Support vendor evaluation and provide clear trade-offs and recommendations.
• Define high-level delivery roadmaps and approaches.
