Qualifications

• Senior-level experience within Data & Martech, digital consulting or a comparable advisory environment.
• Customer-centric with deep understanding of clients’ business models and objectives.
• Proven track record delivering Data & Martech strategies with measurable commercial impact.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to CMO/CDO/CTO level clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Data & Martech strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Translate complex technology and data challenges into strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee Data & Martech engagements ensuring quality and direction.
• Contribute to new business, pre-sales, proposals, scoping and pricing.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Develop IMPACT’s frameworks and perspectives in Data & Martech.
• Collaborate across Commerce, Experience and Strategy for integrated solutions.
• Stay ahead of Martech technologies and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and vendor partnerships.
