Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Senior Martech Solution Consultant to define the technical direction of personalization and CX transformations in large-scale programs. You will translate ambitions into architectures, lead vendor analyses, and drive phased roadmaps with executive alignment.

You’ll embed AI into the vision, collaborate with strategy consultants and project managers, and guide senior stakeholders through complex architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Martech, CX, digital architecture, or technology consulting.
• Experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer 360.
• Proven ability to translate future-state vision into technical architecture, roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
• Experience with vendor selection, road mapping, and implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of data, identity, orchestration, and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to assess solution scenarios across technology, organisation, skills, and operating models.
• Trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders, architects, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing Martech platforms, integrations, and architectural constraints.
• Design future-state technical and solution architectures that drive new capabilities.
• Translate strategic use cases into platform, vendor, and capability implications.
• Compare and recommend architecture and vendor scenarios.
• Support vendor evaluation and selection with clear trade-offs and recommendations.
• Define implementation roadmaps and high-level delivery approaches.
• Provide architectural guidance and decision support across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Embed AI capabilities and implications into the overall vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• Clearly communicate architectural decisions and their impact to senior stakeholders.
