Job summary
Cytiva, Medemblik, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain to lead end-to-end performance from planning to distribution, ensuring on-time delivery and customer service. This on-site role sits on the site Management Team and reports to the Site Leader.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of manufacturing supply chain leadership, proven people management, and strong ERP experience (SAP and Oracle), with a track record in global matrix environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience in global matrix organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ERP expertise, preferably SAP & Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain performance with focus on on-time delivery and customer service levels.
- Drive production planning, inventory, and distribution management to balance demand and efficiency.
- Manage material planning and availability, mitigating supply risks and disruptions.
- Partner with Customer Service as primary contact for supply and service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead, coach and develop planning, logistics, and supply chain teams, fostering high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with operations, customers and global stakeholders to resolve supply issues and drive continuous improvement.
