Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Sourcing and Contracts to lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for commercial goods and services.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, CMC and Quality to ensure compliant, cost-efficient contracts with Contract Manufacturing Organizations. Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model, the role requires a minimum of 10 years in supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English to navigate global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in a regulated environment.
• Life sciences industry experience is a plus; commercial products experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate contract terms into sourcing decisions.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for CMOs.
• Support RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to secure cost, quality, and service outcomes.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and mitigate supply risk.
• Drive supplier consolidation, dual-sourcing, or diversification strategies where appropriate.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and MSAs with stakeholders.
• Maintain a contract repository with key terms, renewal dates, obligations.
• Manage contract amendments, renewals, terminations aligned with business needs and risk.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs/KPIs and drive corrective actions.
