Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Sr Director of Global Distribution Operations & Logistics to lead end-to-end global logistics networks, optimizing multi-site warehousing and transportation. The role reports to the VP, Global Supply Chain Operations and is based onsite at Cytiva locations in the US or Europe.

The candidate will shape distribution strategies, drive improvements in service and cost, and lead a global matrixed organization through change while ensuring compliance and DBS-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive logistics experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience managing global logistics networks, air/ocean freight, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute global logistics and distribution strategies across company-run and 3PL centers.
• Lead large, high-velocity distribution operations and improve workforce productivity.
• Oversee global transportation including inbound/outbound and intercompany logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Lead matrixed teams across time zones and cultures with autonomy.
