Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Global Distribution Operations & Logistics, to lead end-to-end global logistics and distribution networks, optimize multi-site warehousing, and drive cost-effective, compliant product movement across the Cytiva network.

Based onsite at a Cytiva site in Europe or the United States, you will shape the enterprise logistics strategy, lead a matrixed organization through transformation, and partner with 3PLs to improve service and reduce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in logistics, distribution and transportation; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading global logistics networks; air/ocean freight, customs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise logistics and distribution strategies across company run and 3PL managed centers.
• Lead large, complex, high-velocity distribution operations with 10,000+ SKUs and multiple temperature modes.
• Provide strategic oversight of global transportation operations, inbound, outbound, international, and intercompany logistics.
• Champion continuous improvement across all distribution and logistics operations; standardize processes, metrics, and reporting globally.
• Lead global, matrixed organizations through complexity and change; drive transformation of structure, digital capabilities, and operating models.
• Manage global 3PL and carrier performance; drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Drive distribution process optimization, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives in line with DBS.
