Richemont's Jaeger-LeCoultre Amsterdam is seeking an E-boutique Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences across digital channels and in-store interactions. You will build lasting relationships, leverage deep horological knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining a comprehensive 360° client view.

The role requires fluency in French at a native level and professional proficiency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for delivering luxury client experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French native level is preferred.
• Able to proactively resolve client inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
