Job summary

Longchamp Amsterdam boutique on PC Hooftstraat is hiring an experienced Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience across the full assortment and navigate a premium setting. You will build lasting relationships, champion the House, and contribute to boutique KPI targets.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will guide clients with product knowledge, manage the purchase journey, and thrive in an international, high-demand environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in retail sales, preferably premium/luxury.
Proven track record of meeting individual sales and clienteling targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with a service instinct for discerning international clientele.
Familiarity with retail systems and clienteling tools; CEGID is a plus.
Fluency in Dutch and English; French or other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver Longchamp service standards across all client interactions.
Welcome, advise, and close sales along the full purchase journey with warmth and precision.
Master the full assortment to build elevated outfits and maximise cross-selling.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised follow-ups.
