Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven is seeking a Senior Team Lead EF Logistics to lead a team of Logistical Operators in a high-precision cleanroom environment. You will own end-to-end logistics processes, drive lean improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and timely material flow to production.

You will coach about 15 operators, collaborate with planning, production, engineering and quality, and manage KPIs and daily performance in a two-shift schedule with a weekend once every 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 5-10 years of team lead/people management experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics operators in a high-precision cleanroom environment.
• Own end-to-end logistics processes and drive lean-driven improvements.
• Ensure material availability and maintain compliance, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with planning, production, engineering and quality teams to align priorities.
• Monitor performance, set KPIs, and drive daily management routines.
