Job summary

ASML is seeking a Prevention Officer Team Leader for the EF EHS team in the EUV factory in the Netherlands. You will lead a group of engineers, drive safety improvements, and coach the team to embed a strong safety culture in the cleanroom.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk minimization focus, and collaboration across processes, with on-site work and flexibility for shift patterns. You will influence safety decisions and HRM practices in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years in production management and LEAN.
• Experience in a complex working environment.
• Participation in improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of engineers; guides progress and planning.
• Plans manpower details; supervises quality, delivery time and cost.
• Initiates actions to improve production processes and products.
• Participates in safety-related project activities.
• Ensures HRM policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversees day-to-day EUV cleanroom operations in a constructive way.
