Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Team Leader Waferstage to manage a 12‑person EF Wafer Stage team, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality and cost targets. You will collaborate with planners, engineers and support teams while driving continuous improvements in production.

You bring a technical degree and 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with LEAN experience, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to operate under pressure in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field and leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production management, LEAN and complex environments.
• Proven track record in delivering improvements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10-12 engineers in Wafer Stage test facilities.
• Secure move rate capability and monitor performance, escalating when needed.
• Plan and deliver module outputs; define improvements with project leads.
• Oversee detailed production planning, ensuring quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Drive action to improve production processes and products.
• Participate in new product introductions in production.
• Own module configuration and guarding administration (open issues, SAP).
• Ensure smooth transfer of modules/services to internal customers.
