Job summary

ASML is seeking a Team Lead Receiving within the Logistics Operations (LO) Inbound scope in Veldhoven. You will lead the Receiving colleagues, ensuring safe, efficient put-away and timely registration of materials to stock, supporting ASML manufacturing and global shipping networks.

Responsibilities include people management, daily and tactical performance management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet SLA targets and optimize processes across LO and related departments.

Qualifications

• Leading or coordinating a logistics team.
• Experience in warehousing and distribution processes advantageous.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Receiving team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment and proactive safety mindset.
• Plan on SLA priorities and align with internal stakeholders for optimal execution.
• Drive Lean improvements and support cross‑sector improvement initiatives.
