Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH seeks a proactive Team Lead for the System Performance group. You will guide a diverse team of engineers on high‑tech manufacturing processes, drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and rollout lean improvements on the shop floor.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and foster collaboration across multiple shifts while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders in a challenging, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in a technical field with multiple years of team leadership experience.
• Excellent communicational abilities and fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers on manufacturing processes.
• Manage production to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives and structured change projects.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance management to your team.
