Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk, Netherlands, seeks a Logistics Team Leader to drive daily operations in one of the region's largest automated distribution centers. You will lead a team of about 20 operators and 2-4 coordinators, guiding unloading/receiving, stowing/picking or packing/expedition with a strong focus on KPI delivery.

You report to the Control Room Manager, work in shifts (day, evening, night) on a rotating basis, and drive people development, process improvements and safe, efficient

Qualifications

• People management experience in a similar logistics environment.
• Ambitious, proactive mindset, able to handle pressure.
• At least 3 years in a dynamic work environment.
• Fully available full-time; flexible across 2–3 shifts.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, develop and evaluate team members.
• Lead daily operation and ensure KPI achievement and planning.
• Make decisions to optimize overall process with Control Room.
• Improve efficiency of people, resources and machines.
• Propose improvements to the logistics process.
• Conduct measurements, reports and analyses.
• Conduct performance and absenteeism interviews.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
