Job summary

ASML is seeking a Team Lead Receiving in the Manufacturing Services – Logistics Operations at the Veldhoven site. You will lead a team of about 20 FTE, ensuring timely put-away and accurate registrations for inbound materials used in lithography production.

Key focus areas include safety, people management, daily performance management, and LEAN improvements. SAP knowledge (EWM/ECC) is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level in logistics/industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leading or coordinating logistics position.
• Experience in a dynamic working environment.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes preferred.
• Enthusiastic people manager with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about +/- 20 FTE in Receiving to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of materials.
• Promote a safe working environment and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan and prioritise to meet SLA targets and optimize costs.
• Drive daily and tactical performance management and report on KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers for end-to-end processes.
