Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a Prevention Officer Team Leader for the EF EHS team to enhance safety culture in the EUV factory cleanroom. You will coach engineers, drive safety actions, and ensure compliance with HRM policies while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a high-stakes environment.

Flexibility to work in a support shift, on-site only, with no travel. A background in safety certification and experience in production management and LEAN are preferred.

• Participates in safety-related project activities.
• Ensures HRM policies and procedures are followed.
• Leads day-to-day EUV cleanroom safety practices in a constructive way.
