Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, first purchase, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

Reporting to the Co-founder/CMO, you will design journeys, run experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to scale growth at an unprecedented pace.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM to drive revenue and improve metrics.
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription business and direct revenue impact.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic.

Responsibilities

• Own full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify where users drop off and opportunities to purchase.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert users.
