EverAI Limited is a fully remote, high-growth AI company expanding worldwide from a strong base in the Netherlands. You will own and scale paid acquisition channels, work directly with the CMO, and push rapid testing across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and native networks to drive CAC/ROAS improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, creative brief development, landing-page optimization, and automation to scale campaigns while expanding our user base toward 100M users and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand based on performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
