Job summary

QbD Group is seeking a Sr Account Manager for the Netherlands to expand our footprint in the Dutch Life Sciences market. The role is hybrid and full-time, focusing on Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices with a strong network and proven sales track record.

You will manage end-to-end sales, build lasting client relationships, engage across clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations, and collaborate with HR to support customers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or commercial field with ≥5 years sales experience.
• Proven track record developing mid-level and senior customers in Life Sciences.
• Experience in medical devices/pharma/biotech and technical conversations.
• Ability to engage clients across clinical, regulatory, quality systems, validation, and communication.
• Strong listening, long-term partnership focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities with new customers.
• Build and expand client relationships across functions and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with HR to manage needs of customers and consultants.
• Support clients from idea to patient, identify needs, respond to inquiries, propose solutions.
• Manage full sales process from lead to contracting with CRM follow-up.
• Explain complex questions and guide customers to our customized solution.
• Expand network in life sciences through industry associations.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams for sales success.
