Job summary

QbD Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will attract experienced medior and senior Life Sciences profiles, build long-term talent pipelines, and manage intake to offer processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (senior level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences market and NL/BE hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for QbD Group across NL & BE.
• Attract medior and senior Life Sciences profiles; build talent pipelines.
• Handle intake to offer and manage diverse recruitment missions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of (freelance) Life Sciences specialists in NL/BE.
• Collaborate with division heads, sales and customers to identify hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and support employer branding.
• Map market and develop talent pipelines for strategic roles.
