Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager based in the Netherlands to lead opportunities from qualification through contract execution, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

You will develop pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiation plans, build relationships with senior client stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across international teams to deliver high-value, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial commercial or sales experience in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience leading complex opportunities: pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance client needs with delivery capability and business objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written communication and organized attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound opportunities through to closing.
• Develop pricing approaches and negotiation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams for solution development and proposals.
• Represent the organization at client meetings and conferences.
• Coach commercial colleagues and promote best practices.
• Maintain CRM records and governance processes.
