CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Senior Lease Administration Analyst to own end-to-end lease documentation, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration across a large, multi-country portfolio. You will work with Legal, Real Estate, Finance, and Asset Management to ensure compliance and optimize portfolio value.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Lease Administration, Corporate Real Estate, Portfolio Management, or related field.
• Experience with TRIRIGA, IWMS platforms, or lease administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lease documentation: new leases, renewals, amendments, terminations, closures.
• Ensure lease data accuracy and maintain records in TRIRIGA and other platforms.
• Provide portfolio reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decisions.
