Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Lease Administration Analyst (m/f/d) to own end-to-end lease administration for a large multi-country portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while supporting financial processes and stakeholder insights.

You will collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, Finance and Asset Management, drive continuous improvement, analyze leases, and deliver timely portfolio reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Lease Administration or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience with TRIRIGA or IWMS platforms is expected.
• Knowledge of lease abstraction, compliance, and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lease documentation, renewals, amendments, and holdovers.
• Review monthly rent files and CAM reconciliations for accuracy and cost control.
• Deliver portfolio reporting, analyze trends, and support lease negotiations.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management across regions.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and data quality.
