Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking an Analyst, Portfolio Management to support Portfolio Managers across major sectors in Europe. You will work with clients and senior professionals to develop long-term relationships and investment strategies.

The role covers client reporting, data management, ESG initiatives and involvement in acquisitions and dispositions. It offers an international, dynamic environment with learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Master's degree with strong financial skills in accounting, economics, finance or real estate.
Solid financial modelling capabilities and high proficiency in Excel.
High attention to detail and fast learner with client service focus.
Experience in real estate investment or investment management preferred.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio construction, asset monitoring and client reporting including quarterly reports.
Assist in reviewing acquisitions and dispositions and analyze forecast returns and risks.
Own client investment data in the investment plan and databases.
Track performance data and review asset business plans.
Assist with client and internal information requests.
Contribute to ESG strategies and their implementation.
