Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Senior Lease Administration Analyst to manage a multi-country real estate portfolio. You will own lease documentation, accuracy of TRIRIGA data, and ensure compliance with lease terms while delivering insights for financial planning.

You will collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Asset Management, and Operations to optimize processes, reduce risk, and improve portfolio performance while upholding CBRE's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Lease Administration, Corporate Real Estate, Portfolio Management, or related field.
• Experience with TRIRIGA, IWMS, or lease administration systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lease administration across a large, multi-country real estate portfolio.
• Ensure lease data integrity and support key financial processes.
• Produce portfolio reporting and cost analyses for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Asset Management and Operations teams.
• Support audits, CAM reconciliations, and lease compliance projects.
