JP Gray is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Manager to support the management and optimization of an international office portfolio. You will actively manage lease commitments, critical lease events, and real estate transactions across multiple locations, collaborating with brokers, legal, and finance to maximize value and operational efficiency.

The role blends lease management, transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience within Corporate Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, or Lease Management.
Strong financial analysis and business case development skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across international environments.
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

Actively manage lease contracts and critical lease dates across an international office portfolio.
Monitor occupancy and renewal opportunities; support relocations, consolidations, expansions, or exits.
Lead lease transactions from initiation through execution with brokers, legal, and finance.
Build business cases with financial modelling and occupancy cost analysis.
Own lease administration data, reporting, and governance across the portfolio.
