Job summary

CBRE Investment Management's Amsterdam team is seeking an Analyst, Portfolio Management to support portfolio managers and engage with clients across offices, retail, logistics, and more on a European/global scale.

You will contribute to day-to-day operations, reporting, model updates, acquisitions and dispositions, and help shape client portfolio strategy within a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with strong financial skills in accounting, economics, finance or real estate.
• Affinity with real estate and some internship experience in real estate investment or investment management is desirable.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel for financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio construction, ongoing asset monitoring and client reporting (quarterly reports and client presentations).
• Monitor portfolio performance and review acquisitions and disposals, assessing forecast returns and risks.
• Own client investment data in the client investment plan and databases.
• Track client and investment performance data, review portfolio forecasting models and asset business plans.
• Assist with client and internal information requests.
• Contribute to ESG strategy development and implementation.
