Job summary

CBRE in Amsterdam is seeking an Analyst, Portfolio Management to join the European Separate Accounts team. You will support Portfolio Managers across offices, retail, logistics and residential sectors on a European/global scale, liaising with local teams to implement investment strategies and optimize performance.

The role involves day-to-day operations, reporting and model updates, acquisitions/dispositions, and contributing to strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or a related field.
• Affinity with real estate and investment management experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio construction, ongoing asset monitoring and client reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance and review acquisition/disposal processes and forecast returns.
• Own client investment data in the client investment plan and databases.
• Analyze assets and review portfolio forecasts; assess and approve asset business plans.
• Assist with client and internal information requests; contribute to ESG strategies.
